Please note that my use of the words "queer" and "gay" throughout this web site are meant to be inclusive of all in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, as well as our straight friends and supporters.

My most significant participation in the organizations I belong to include:

• Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network -- GLSEN, f/k/a Gay Lesbian Straight Teacher's Network, is an organization that I've recently become more involved with.
• LeGaL, the Lesbian and Gay Lawyers' Association of Greater New York, on which I am an active member of its Diversity Committee.
• My directorship from July, 1996 through December 2000 on the board of Family Pride Coalition (formerly GLPCI).
• Local political club Lambda Independent Democrats of Brooklyn (LID).
