A bird decided to snuggle up next to our garage door. Shando thought it was injured, but it apparently was fine. Maybe it just liked the warmth emanating from the house?

This was the first time to this park with all five dogs. We found a very cool, calm and isolated place where they could go into the water safely for a little cooling off. There are lots of great places where one can launch a small boat or go swimming. We’re going to enjoy this park often.
Right near the parking lot at my Pleasant Hill office, I saw these wild turkeys playing around like they owned the road. They were fearless and graceful. You would never know there was a huge boulevard a block away.
After our wedding we drove one of our best men to the college he teaches at in Fremont and then stopped for coffee near Mission San Jose. We then proceeded to Lake Elizabeth and at the sound of our cake wrapping, they made way toward us in a very cute way.
